SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We value all our guest and your time. We want to ensure that you receive your preferred appointment time and the service desired. In order to make sure the service provider and all guest are satisfied, we require a Non Refundable/Non Transferable deposit to book your appointment for services. Guest are allowed up to 48 hours of their appointment time to reschedule before previous deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again.



As a professional courtesy to your service provider and other guest appointments, we do have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation policy. If the need comes to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 100% of the services booked. No call/ No show, will be charged 100% of your services booked and banned from the booking site if the fee is not paid. These charges are Non-Refundable or Non-Transferable.

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:
We ask that our guest are on time for their appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results.  If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked services; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of services.

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time constraints.
Guests arriving over 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late guest may inconvenience the time of the next appointment. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.  

SERVICE DOWNGRADE POLICY:   
If you have multiple services booked at the time of your appointment and you try to cancel any of the services after the 24 hour mark or while in service, you will still be CHARGED the FULL amount of that service.

EXAMPLE:  Say you have a brazilian, underarm, and eyebrow wax and you decide to cancel the eyebrow and underarm or you have a Eyebrow wax & tint and decide to just do brow wax without the tint, you will still be charged for all services.

As a professional courtesy to your service provider and other guest appointments, you have up to 24 hours of your appointment time to make any modifications without penalties.

REFUND POLICY:   
You are paying for service provider time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so within a reasonable time frame if it is at the fault of application or product.  Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

We accept Cash and all major credit cards. Gratuities are accepted!
